Your data frame should have variables for longitude and latitude for a point on each road segment, the zip code for the road segments, bike facility, speed limit, and number of lanes of the road segment.

Please name the variables "longitude", "latitude", "zip", "speed", "bfacility", and "numlanes", respectively.

For the bfacility variable please use only these three values "Trail", "None", or "Facility".

Get bicyclist and pedestrian traffic count estimates for a specific roadway segment on which you would like to see how changes (speed, bike facility, number of lanes) to that roadway would affect bike or pedestrian traffic.
