          Calculated LNR and survival are based on NCI Surveillance and
          Epidemiology End Results (SEER) cancer registry data for patients
          diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma during 2004-2010 and
          surgically treated with radical oncologic resection (J Am Med Inform
          Assoc 2014, 21:e203-211).
